Theatre Education Wing

Theatre Educatio Wing We’re anticipating the opening of our Theatre Education Wing in the spring of 2011! Support from the community has been outstanding, but we’re eager to involve everyone. Aug 16, 2010: Construction update

Big advances in the construction on the new addition to the theatre! The foundation and basement walls are set and the second floor is starting to go in. The excitement builds as we can see the new dance studios start to take shape. As the building progresses the parking lot and drive way will change but access to the building will not. Stage door #1 will always be accessible for classes and students entering and exiting the building. Parents can also park on Iron Street, west of the theatre, and walk down the stairs. All of these little changes will pay off next summer with a new state-of-the-art facility. In June of 2011, SCT/CTA will have full use of the new dance studios, costume storage, expanded lobby and the Sunflower Bank Black Box Theatre!
