Blanch DuBois had dreams of romance and marriage that crumbled as sadly as the Southern aristocracy from which she came.  Now she must impose on the hospitality of her sister, Stella, and Stella's husband, the brooding and hulking Stanley Kowalski.  Stanley schemes to get the estate he thinks Blanche is keeping from Stella.  The explosion of wills and wiles creates one of teh greatest American plays of all time with two of the most memorable characters from the pen of one of our greatest playwrights.
